The Ironkraft game is a card game where players take control over a fictional business and make it a success. It is the latest card game created by the team that created the game Hearthstone, Blizzard Entertainment. The game’s goal is to get your business to a point where it could be a success in the real world.

The employees of Blizzard Entertainment, the creators of World of Warcraft, Diablo and Hearthstone, have been left frustrated after years of changes in the company’s corporate structure, as well as the company’s corporate culture. The employees have decided to stage a one day hunger strike in an effort to protest the American management’s lack of leadership.

Over the years, gamers have vented their anger at how studios handle their employees. However, the game industry is known for its benefits, such as regular paychecks, nice offices and competitive pay—all of which are all regularly taken as a given by game developers.. Blizzard employees are planning a walkout tomorrow, according to Axios, to protest the company’s treatment of the sexual harassment and discrimination complaint that was filed last week. Employees will walk out in person at 1 p.m. EDT, according to the article, although virtual workers seem to be welcome to participate all day. A corporate reform of recruitment, hiring, promotion, pay, and arbitration provisions, as well as an external audit of HR and executive reporting, is being spearheaded by “roughly 300 employees” in this leg of the protest. The walk-out is centered on this particular problem, not unionization, according to one employee.

Following a two-year investigation, the state of California filed a harsh discrimination and harassment lawsuit against Activision-Blizzard last week. We’ve seen a flood of leaked memos, press releases, and apologies from both current and past Activision-Blizzard executives in the days afterwards, as well as an angry chorus of employees lifting their voices to call out abuses and falsehoods.

Employees started signing on to an open letter criticizing the corporate reaction yesterday, after what seems to be a bungled company meeting; as of this morning, it had more than 2500 signatures. J. Allen Brack and Bobby Kotick have yet to issue a formal public statement.

Staff and former staff have continued to speak out about the situation; Connie Griffith argued that Mike Morhaime’s Dreamhaven is full of Blizzard’s “old guard”; Éireann Tilley discussed sexism and transphobia on the customer support side of the studio in Europe, including a sexual assault that went unnoticed by HR; and Tami Sigmund has echoed what several female employees are saying now.

Sigmund advises against advising others how to spend their money. “I’m just hoping that people alter their language from “out of support for the women at Blizzard” to something different since losing my job as a pregnant woman at Blizzard would not feel supportive. It’s not the same as avoiding Hobby Lobby or Chick-Fil-A since most of us who signed up to work for Blizzard had no clue it would be like this because it’s so out of sync with the corporate values we portray. I was under the impression that we’d be far away from Activision, and I had no idea that our parent firm would hire so many right-wing top executives. “However, here we are.”

There are currently almost 2,500 people. If any former or present workers need a connection, please contact me through DM. https://t.co/6z2z9APg7c
