New World had to disable its Valentine’s cosmetics over crash bugs. The company has released a new update that fixes the issue, but it is still unknown as to why this was happening in the first place.
Even if Lost Ark is Amazon’s new baby, it doesn’t mean New World is being completely ignored, despite its shrinking playerbase. The Corrupted Love bundle, which contains a few Valentine’s-themed weapon skins and furnishings, was released to the cash store this week by New World. The business had deactivated the skins six hours earlier to “examine an issue where the skins were creating a server breakdown.”

We’re certain Amazon will solve it, but it’s unclear why these snafus are occurring in the first place, and it’s not helping the game’s depressed playerbase, which has dropped to 65K peak concurrent users from 900K at launch.
